This one storey house design features  white aluminum sliding windows, semi gloss latex paints wall finished ,  ceramic tile flooring and long span galvanized iron roofing which make this house elegant with simplicity.

Floor plan requirements of this one storey has :

This proposed house contains 45 square meters  floor area including the laundry area and porch.
